v1.7 17th February 2026Feature Update:
'New amount' Column added- Building on the previously introduced 'End date', this new column allows for mid-year rate adjustments within a single row.
- Function: Enter an 'End date' to close the current period and the 'New amount' to automatically apply the updated rate for the remainder of the year.
- Note: If the 'End date' signifies a final payment, simply leave 'New amount' blank.

v1.6 20th April 2024Improved formulas to better handle zero values and added additional rows.

v1.5 30th March 2022Added an 'End date' column to the 'Fixed Expenses' section (Main tab). Use this to specify a final payment month; the recurring expense will then stop after that date. If left blank, the payment will continue for the entire year.

v1.4 13th January 2021The number of rows for flexible income has been increased by four, for a total of eight. Column widths have been optimized to better accommodate currency settings.

v1.3 11th January 2021The number of lines for fixed expenses has been increased from 21 to 30 rows.

v1.2 December 2020In the "main" tab, the lines of variable income have been increased from two to four. The tab "Chart" has been added for the graphical representation (as bar charts) of
- the development of total monthly income/expenditure and the corresponding balance;
- total income and expenditure in the year and corresponding balance;
- the development of variable monthly individual expenditure, and
- total variable expenditure in the year.
